Is There an Official Singapore PR Points Calculator?
No. ICA's PR page lists who can apply and the factors it considers, with no points, scores or thresholds. In ICA's words: "ICA takes into account factors such as the individual's family ties to Singaporeans, economic contributions, qualifications, age, family profile and length of residency, to assess the applicant's ability to contribute to Singapore and integrate into our society, as well as his or her commitment to sinking roots in Singapore."
Some countries, such as Australia and Canada, run published points tests for skilled migration. Singapore does not for PR. Singapore's one real points test, COMPASS, belongs to MOM and decides Employment Pass applications, which is where much of the confusion comes from.
Why Other PR Calculators Give You a Number
Most online PR calculators ask for age, salary, education and years in Singapore, then apply weights the site has chosen, often 25 points for one factor and 15 for another. Those weights are guesses, and some tools are not even internally consistent. A high score is not an ICA signal and a low one is not a rejection. We chose not to show a points total for that reason. How This Self-Check Rates Your Profile
Each of ICA's factors gets a band of Thin, Moderate or Strong. The cut-offs are Catalyst Immigration's own reading, set for guidance only. ICA has never published cut-offs, so a Strong band means a factor is well developed, not that ICA will weigh it heavily.

The S$5,600 Moderate line for income matches today's lowest Employment Pass qualifying salary, used here only as a familiar reference point. For spouse, child and parent routes the tool treats age and income more gently, because those routes rest on family ties.
